Benefits of Yoga

There are many benefits to praciticing yoga. One of the most known benefits is flexibility. People think because they are not flexible they cannot practice yoga. Remember the old saying "Practice makes perfect". Practicing yoga will not only increase your flexbility but may also reduce stress, ease pain, improve fitness, build strength, and improve your posture. Why not give yoga a try, and see how yoga can benefit you!

Who can practice yoga?

Everybody, and every body. Our classes are designed to accomodate all fitness levels. If you have any concerns, always contact your doctor before starting any exercise regime.

What should I bring to a yoga class?

A yoga mat (if you have one), a bottle of water, and an open mind.


We have yoga mats you can borrow, and we also have yoga mats for purchase.
